I left a message for Gail on a Sunday never expecting to receive a call till the Monday but she called. Gail was very professional and ask about medical history and about the person she would be seeing. On arrival Gail was in full PPE due to who she was visiting and did an excellent job. Gail is very easy to talk to and puts you at ease.
